Lok Kawi Wildlife Park

Lok Kawi Wildlife Park consists of two components: zoological and botanical. The main objective of the park is to become a family-oriented park and the emphasis is put on the Children’s Zoo. Among the inhabitants of the zoo (zoological component) are the Borneo Pygmy elephants, Sumatran rhinoceros, Orang Utan, Proboscis monkey, Malayan tiger, as well as some different species of deer.

This is the map -go to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park. The journey to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park takes 30 minutes to an hour’s drive from Kota Kinabalu, the estimated distance is 20 kilometers. On the ways to the Lok Kawi Wildlife Park, first follow the signboard (penampang) if you go from kota kinabalu town after that you will see the signboard of Lok Kawi, it is very easy to get there if drive the car.
I reached Lok Kawi Wildlife Park.

This is the tram schedule. It costs about RM 2 per person.

This is the tram look like. The Lok Kawi Wildlife Park is very big park, it will be very tired if you want to walk the whole Lok Kawi Wildlife Park. It will not enough time for the tourists to walk the whole park. So it is convenient for the tourists/visitors.The entry fees for the adult is RM 10 per person and for children are RM 5 person. For tourists (non-malaysian), iam sorry to say the entry fees is RM 20 person.

There are a lot of places which we can enjoy at that park. See photo above.

In my next post, i will post more photo about animals at Lok Kawi Wildlife Park and some intresting+ funny photos. Please continue support my blog.
